Tanner Frady Art Opening TONIGHT!

Tanner Frady is a rad Oklahoma City artist and good friend of ours. I remember three years ago when we first met and he was telling me how he a show planned at Coffee Slingers. At that point I was pretty humbled because I was 22 and hadn't had a solo show and he was 17 and was already booking stuff. He's got a ton of potential and is willing to work to make things happen. He is a loyal employee at Tree & Leaf, and has a few shows in April that you should definitely attend.

The first being TONIGHT at Brass Bell Studios! Brass Bells is a new art venue on 33rd and Villa. It is a great space curated by Ashley Smith of No Regrets Tattoo. It will definitely be making a big impact on the Oklahoma art scene with a pretty great lineup of artists already booked through this year. Make it an event to stop in on the first Monday of each month when they host their openings.

If you can't make it out tonight, the artwork will be up for the rest of the month. I got a sneak peak of the stuff yesterday and it looked awesome! He will also be releasing his T&L Artist Line shirt at the opening tonight as well! They are only $20 and turned out real nice. They will be available online soon for all you out-o-towners.

Here's a flier with the details on Tanner's later group show at 611 Creative. Follow him on his Twitter, or get more info on the shows here and here.

We actually have to postpone the six11 show for now. We will be having it sometime in the summer as far as I know.
