John and I started this business when we were both 20 and 21 respectively. We were young, and we really didn't know what we were doing. We had ideas and we had a lot of work ethic. We now have the ability to recognize that same ethic and mentality in those around us, and we are very lucky to have some younger guys hanging around the shop the have a lot of potential. It is our job as owners to encourage our employees potential. We are going to start opening up a few opportunities and responsibilities to these guys and we are both anxious to see the results. (You should be too!) Anticipate some new Artist Line shirts from some awesome young artists, and also a regular weekly blog post by Taylor Dickerson.

Taylor is a hilarious guy that's been working for us for over a year. He's our youngest employee and started with T&L as a high school senior. He never ceases to say the most outlandish things we've ever heard so we decided to harness that energy into a weekly blog post called Taylor's Tue Cents. The post will come every Tuesday, and we are just letting him say and post whatever he wants. It will indeed be entertaining so make sure to check it out tomorrow. He'll be posting information about the blog on his twitter feed as well.
