I placed an order online, received an order and shipment confirmation but have yet to receive my items and it’s been 10 days

Your location is dependent on ground shipping times. Most orders arrive at their destination in 3 to 5 business days, however sometimes shipments get delayed. You may contact Tree and Leaf to check status of your order again either by e-mail or phone.

I received an e-mail telling me by item was backordered

In the event an item gets back ordered, you will receive an e-mail alerting you and letting you know how long it will be before the item is back in stock and an estimation on when it will ship. Please understand, we do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible and ensure our customers are taken care of, however, back orders do occur and we will work as quickly as possible to fill and ship the order.

I don’t feel comfortable shopping online is their an alternative way I can purchase your products?

Yes. You can either call our store to place your order over the phone, or you may come to our store and buy product in person. You can find directions to our store on the contact page of the website.

Why does it take 48 – 72 hours for my item(s) to be shipped

Tree and Leaf Clothing is a small business ran by two individuals. We do not have a large warehouse where teams of people are pulling items and processing orders real time. Your order is extremely important to us, as is every order we receive, and we work as quickly as we can to ensure orders are processed and shipped in good condition with correct shipping information. Understand each shipment is hand prepared and checked by one of the owners before it leaves our store. We take pride in our work and therefore our orders move slightly slower.
