Graffiti Classes on News 9!

If you haven't checked the blog lately, you might not know that Kaleb Nimz and myself (Dusty Gilpin) are teaching graffiti classes this summer through the Metropolitan Library System. The classes are aimed toward 12-18 year olds interested in graffiti/street art. We're very excited about how progressive the library system is being with not only our class, but some of the other classes they are offering as well.

We are also very excited about the quantity of positive publicity these classes are getting as well. Check out this little video that ran on News 9 Monday, June 15!

While our classes focus on the legal parts of graffiti, that doesn't mean that graffiti in the streets isn't art and can't be positive. It all boils down to respect, talent, and humility. Tree & Leaf Clothing asks that you make wise decisions in regards to graffiti, aerosol art, and vandalism because these three art forms can be the same thing or miles apart.

We will also be placing a new order of Montana Paint today! So expect a new shipment in 5 days.
